A Message From Mark Richardson
For all workouts you can slightly customize your
workout due to the gym. Look up on Google any
exercise that you do not know how to do or get a hold
of me via Facebook. Focus on eating healthy and stay
away from the greasy and fast foods unless you are
trying to gain fat weight. This basic workout will give
you what it takes to up your strength and weight, also
keeping you in shape or for others improving your
shape. For a more experienced workout, if you are
dedicated enough to doing the workouts given, then I
can guarantee you that you will develop that football
ready explosiveness. You will be in the best shape of
your lives and on top of this you will get bigger and way
faster. Trust me!! I love everyone on this team and stick
to this plan or another good one and we will make our
quest to being CHAMPIONS!!! GO CHIEFS!!!
